Return Policy

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Shipping Charges

For products returned with included, "free," or discounted shipping during purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund or, in the case of discounted shipping, the difference will be deducted. Refused shipments or canceled orders already shipped will be refunded minus shipping charges.

If you need to return an item, email support@thechefhaven.com for your RMA number. After 30/15 days (depending on the manufacturers), RMA numbers will not be issued, and returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, possibly subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

You can cancel an item until it is shipped. Please contact immediately if anything changes.

Warranty

The Chef Haven warrants its products against manufacturing defects for one or two or three years (based on manufacturing warranty) from the original purchase date for private use only. Commercial use voids the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To initiate a warranty claim, follow provided instructions and obtain return authorization. Shipping to manufacturer warehouse and return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refunds. Any shipping costs paid by The Chef Haven will be deducted from refunds.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
